The Lancer – Patriot High School

This home was built in partnership with local high school students, the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs, and Careers in Construction Colorado (CICC): an industry supported program bringing hands-on training to the next generation of construction professionals.

Students gained real-world experience working alongside industry mentors, from framing to finishes, turning classroom lessons into career-ready skills.
